Founder
Founder, Richard Glaszczak, was born and raised in North County were he has always been highly involved in motorsports. Richard runs the company, along with his wife Michele, and is known as one of the most experienced exhaust professionals around. Richard is one of the team captains for Pflueger Racing, and sponsor Monster Energy Drinks, in the trophy truck class which competes in the Baja 1000 and other major events.

Michele is the industrial strength glue that holds RPM together. Michele runs the front office and handles customer service. Don't be surprised when you come in and she knows more about performance exhaust than you do, the girl knows her stuff. Along with running the company Michele raises three beautiful children, Halle, Kelton, and Kaden.

Brian is our Office Manager who comes to us with years of industry experience for companies like Napa, and San Marcos Tune-Up and Brake. Brian has a strong background in smog and brings his great sense of humor into the shop everyday.

Cory is our shop manager with over 10 years experience in fabrication and performance exhaust. Cory is also part of the chase team for Pflueger Racing and Monster Energy Drinks.

Mikey hails from Pacific Palisades and has been a key part of the RPM team for the past year. Mikey is a very skilled mechanic. Before starting at RPM Mikey spent the last three years building custom sand cars and off-road trucks.
